Joining in 2026, Bill Rothrock brings two decades of leadership across manufacturing, supply chain, and operational transformation. As Chief Operating Officer, he leads operational strategy and execution—focused on delivering a consistent, high-quality customer experience from design through construction.

Previously serving as COO, President, and VP of Global Supply Chain and Operations, Bill has led multi-site and international operations, driving improvements in productivity, delivery, and margin. He has implemented Lean systems, strengthened ERP and supply chain integration, and built scalable processes to support growth.
